Casual Male's home office is located about thirty minutes south of Boston in Canton, Massachusetts. Our mission is to support our stores so that they are able to do what is most important in retail - serve our customers' needs. Whether it's ensuring product quality meets our high standards, making sure the stores are always stocked with key merchandise, developing effective marketing campaigns to reach our customers, or determining the best locations for our stores, the associates at the corporate office have it covered!

There is a true sense of teamwork, innovation and pride in the company that is fostered at the home office and extended to the stores. Aside from the financial contributions made by the company, many of the associates volunteer their time to work at various fundraising activities. Casual Male Retail Group is the leading multi-channel specialty retailer in the big and tall market. We strive to be the first place guests think of when shopping for big and tall men’s apparel. It is our mission to dominate our market segment by providing big and tall men of style with one great place to build their wardrobe.
Our Store Sales Associates strive to create an in-store experience that stimulates our guest’s natural emotions to buy. This is done by ensuring our store environment makes guests feel welcome, comfortable, and energized. We look for Associates who have a consumer-centric spirit and the ability to build relationships with the guests and the community to ensure long-term business growth.
Our merchandisers are partnered closely with the stores to ensure our Sales Associates develop a passion for the product. Sales Associates learn how to provide their guests with information on the features and benefits of our merchandise, present complete wardrobe solutions and ensure each guest makes the right buying decision.
We hire full and part-time sales associates with a variety of flexible schedules and offer many opportunities to develop your career into an Assistant Store Manager or Store Manager. With approximately 500 locations throughout the United States, there is unlimited opportunity for growth!

Distribution Center
Each and every product available in our stores or through our e-commerce operations is received, processed and shipped from our multi-level, 570,000 square foot Distribution Center, located adjacent to our home office in Canton, MA.
The Distribution Center ships to our stores in 47 U.S. states, Canada, one London store, and all catalog and internet customers. Casual Male has invested extensively in technology upgrades for our Distribution Center over the past year, including automated sortation systems. We pride ourselves on state- of- the- art labor management systems, and a commitment to continuous process improvement through, job analysis, time and motion studies, productivity measurement, reporting, labor tracking and scheduling and inventory planning.
Many of our Distribution Center associates have enjoyed a long tenure with Casual Male. In fact, many have celebrated 10, 15 and 20 or more years with the company! There are a variety of career opportunities on our distribution team. We hire pickers, packers, forklift operators, quality control inspectors, inventory associates and all levels of group leaders, supervisors and managers for our retail and direct-to-consumer businesses.
Our goal is simple: get the right product to the right location on time, every time! This goal could not be accomplished if not for the hard work of our dedicated staff and their commitment to a safe, clean and drug-free work environment.
